As far as i know req 7 arm 16 does not exist .
I have r7 tact ,arm 15, blue ,inscr .

It is possible for a tyrian q7 16 armor to exist, but for that to spawn with a +30 and +10 is insane odds. I have never seen one or heard of anybody mention one , but it would be incrediably expensive.
Your best bet is to go for the q7 15 armor inscribables, which are somewhat common. You can relatively easily complete a full set of +30 +10s this way.

I already have a q7 16AL 30hp -3(hex) as well as quite alot of cash on hand. Also already have a full set of those +30/+10s looking to see if I can find any of those rare pieces
